Clear answers about our Water Wellness System.
RROEE is an advanced 9-stage water purification and enrichment system, designed in the United States to remove modern contaminants and deliver clean, balanced, and living water — safe and beneficial for the whole family.
The system has been certified by the Institut Pasteur Hellénique and independently tested by the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. It also holds compliance certification from Dongguan DN Testing Laboratory (accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation, A2LA) for European regulations and US Consumer Product Safety Commission requirements.
No. RROEE connects directly to your kitchen tap in minutes. No electricity. No wastewater. No professional installation needed.
Every 4 months. We offer a subscription for automatic delivery ($89.90 per cycle — 2 cartridges) so you never have to think about it. A lifetime warranty on the unit is included while your subscription is active.
When you notice reduced water flow, it is time to clean it. Turn off the water supply, unscrew the metal housing, and gently remove the ceramic membrane. Rinse under running water and scrub the surface firmly with the coarse side of a sponge or a pad until it returns to white.
Reinsert and tighten by hand — no tools needed. Do not use detergents or chemicals. Clean every 2–3 months, or sooner if flow slows noticeably.
Yes. With the appropriate connection, RROEE can supply a refrigerator, ice maker, or water cooler — giving you clean, enriched water throughout your home.
RROEE removes:
- Chlorine and chloramines
- Heavy metals — lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium, and others
- Microplastics and nanoplastics
- PFAS — all major classes, 100% validated
- Pharmaceutical residues and hormones
- VOCs, pesticides, nitrates
- Bacteria, cysts, and microorganisms
All validated through a 9-stage system by internationally accredited institutions.
PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) are a large family of synthetic chemicals known as 'forever chemicals' because they do not break down in the environment or the human body. They have been found in water, human blood, food — and even in the brains of unborn fetuses.
They have been linked to immune system disorders, liver problems, and increased risk of chronic disease. RROEE removes 100% of PFAS, validated by the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens using LC-MS/MS across 15 compounds.
Yes. The ceramic membrane has a pore size of 0.01 μm. Asbestos fibers measure 0.02–0.2 μm — larger than the membrane's pores — so they are captured at the first filtration stage.
Asbestos fibers are invisible to the naked eye, originate from old pipes and building materials, and have been scientifically linked to inflammation and cancer risk after chronic exposure. RROEE eliminates this risk completely.
Yes — and especially recommended. Children have a higher water intake relative to body weight and are more vulnerable to contaminants like PFAS and heavy metals. The Institut Pasteur Hellénique confirmed zero microbial count in water after filtration. RROEE provides biocompatible water that is safe for children and the whole family.
Yes — and especially so. Microplastics and PFAS have been detected in the placenta and in fetal brain tissue. Research links fetal exposure to chemical contaminants with health effects in early development.
RROEE provides water free from chemical contaminants, with low metal content and high hydration quality — safe for pregnant women and newborns.
Because we know more today than we did before. Tap water can contain chlorine byproducts, heavy metals from old pipes, microplastics, PFAS, and pharmaceutical residues. Bottled water is expensive, burdens the environment, is stored for months, and often not kept correctly.
RROEE gives you fresh, clean, enriched water at home — any time you want it.
Yes. Boiling removes microorganisms — but not chemicals, heavy metals, PFAS, nitrates, or microplastics. Food and drinks absorb the properties of the water used to prepare them.
We recommend using RROEE water for all cooking, hot drinks, and washing of fruits and vegetables.
Hot water damages the filtration media and reduces performance. Always filter cold or room-temperature water first, then heat as needed.
ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential) measures whether water acts as an oxidant or an antioxidant in the body. Tap water is typically near zero — neutral.
RROEE water has a negative ORP of approximately −400 mV, meaning it acts as an antioxidant, helping to reduce oxidative stress and support the body's natural balance.
